Accountants Cash in on Former Bank Building

A former bank building prominently located at Stafford in Brisbane’s north-west has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1,050,000.

The freestanding retail property at 226 Stafford Road, Stafford, was sold to an owner-occupier by Steve Black and Kenneth King of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers on behalf of local owners.

Steve Black said the vacant 260 sqm building on a land area of 650 sqm was purchased by a local accounting firm.

“This is an ex-bank building which had been listed with another agency,” Mr Black said.

“It was relisted with Ray White Commercial and given its position on a corner location the property attracted excellent interest and was purchased by an accounting practice looking for suitable premises in the area.”

Mr King said the building was well presented and offered ample car parking.

“The property offers excellent signage opportunities and the building consisted of a generous fit out and high quality facilities,” he said.

“The building is in a popular retail precinct approximately 7.5km from the Brisbane CBD.”
