Monsieur Macaron Moves on Spring Hill

 Brisbane’s first producer of handmade French confectionary le macaron, Monsieur Macaron, is opening a new retail shop in inner suburban Spring Hill.

The company which started in Brisbane in 2008 has leased an 80 sqm shop at 97 Kennigo Street, Spring Hill, in a deal negotiated by Steve Black and Juma Marstella of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers.

Steve Black said Monsieur Macaron, which also sells its products at markets and cafes in Brisbane, is moving its headquarters to the inner city from the industrial suburb of Rocklea in Brisbane’s south-west.

“The shop is in a prominent corner position in a popular inner suburban residential area so it’s an ideal location for a business such as Monsieur Macaron,” Steve Black said.

Monsieur Macaron’s pattisier produces exceptional quality and authentic French macarons with the highest quality Australian ingredients. Macarons are available in six flavours.

Monsieur Macaron has taken up a five year tenancy.
