Screen Queensland Sets Up at Teneriffe

Queensland government screen agency Screen Queensland has secured new premises at Teneriffe in Brisbane’s inner city region through Ray White Commercial.

Screen Queensland has leased a ground floor office complex at 1a/30 Florence Street, Teneriffe, in a deal negotiated by Steve Black of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers.

“Screen Queensland had been seeking a larger office and this particular building in Teneriffe was ideal for their needs,” Steve Black said.

The Florence Street property offers 410 sqm of showroom/office space and is situated in a strategic position close to Commercial Rd, local restaurants/cafes and the Teneriffe Ferry terminal.

Screen Queensland’s role is to develop and support a creative, innovative and commercially sustainable film industry in Queensland.

The agency has taken up a five year tenancy at the Florence Street property for a gross rent of approximately $184,300 per annum.
